The practice accepts patients who live within 3 miles to the West, South and East of the Practice and those who live within 5 miles to the North of the practice.

If you live in a new build which is not yet updated on the map, you may be asked to provide proof of exact location.

Patients are able to request specific clinicians to be their registered GP (e.g., female). The practice will accomodate where possible and appropriate. 

To register as a new patient you will need to complete our registration forms. This can be done online by clicking on this link or scanning the QR code on the right. Alternatively, you can download and complete the NHS GP patient registration form.

If you are unable to complete registration by any of the methods mentioned give us a call on 01403 330 266 and we can post a registration form to you.

If you are registering using the downloaded form, please return the completed registration form to reception or send to us via email or post. 

We aim to process your registration within 48 working hours.

Temporary Patient Registrations

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice.

To register as a temporary patient simply contact the local practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
