The NHS 111 service are able to provide emergency care for those who need it by appointment or ambulance. 

NHS 111 is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

We have several measures in place to make sure our surgery can accomodate your needs. For example: 

• Wheelchair access to both the front and back of the surgery
• Auto-opening doors to the front of the surgery and a intercom at the back to request assistance if required
• A hearing loop system
• Several disabled parking spaces with lowered curbs to assist access
• Translation services included British Sign Language
• Accessible, larger toilet facilities on the ground floor
• Lift to higher floors

Our building has three floors, but our clinicians are happy to see you on the ground floor if you'd prefer not to take our lift.
