SystmOnline is a website and app which allows patients to view their electronic medical record as well as providing other features such as appointment management or ordering repeat prescriptions.

 How to order repeat prescriptions for yourself online 

To order your repeat prescriptions online, log on to SystmOnline. 

You must be registered for online services with the practice to use this service.  

Once registered, you will automatically have access to new information added to your record. 

You may also request access to the following services: 

• Viewing and requesting repeat prescriptions 

• Viewing and booking appointments 

• Viewing your detailed coded record
