Extended Access Service

From October 2018 the Government’s plan to provide patient access to see a GP from 8am – 8pm 7 days a week has been put in place.

This extended access service provides patients with evening and weekend appointments with a GP – either at their own practice or a nearby Practice Hub which has been commissioned by our local CCG.

These appointments are pre-bookable through your own surgery for Horsham patients between 4.00 pm  - 8.00 pm and are held within Hosting Hubs at Courtyard, Park and Village (Southwater) surgeries. Weekend appointments to see a GP will be available within surgeries held at Crawley Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC). You will be seen by various Locum GPs and must be willing to consent to the sharing of your medical records within the HUBs.

Ear Syringing is currently unavailable at the surgery

For advice regarding treatment please contact your local pharmacist or make an appointment to discuss an alternative treatment with a Practice Nurse.
