It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Coronavirus (COVID 19)
If you have developed symptoms of a continuous cough, or a high temperature - please do not come to the surgery. Instead contact 111 online or by phone for advice.
All of our patients are being assessed by a clinician by telephone before receiving a face to face appointment.
Please also be aware that we have temporarily disabled our online booking service for the same reason.

CHILDHOOD AND ADOLESCENT IMMUNISATIONS
Public Health England are recommending that the routine childhood and adolescent immunisations should not be delayed due to concerns regarding COVID-19.
The diseases that the vaccines protect against are very serious and therefore vaccination should NOT be delayed.
We will be suspending the following non-essential services until further notice:
Coil fitting appointments
Ear irrigation appointments
Face to face chronic disease reviews

.2020 BRINGS A NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR PARK SURGERY PATIENTS
We know access to our services has become difficult and following feedback from our recent patient survey we would like to introduce some changes to our appointment system from 1st January 2020. Details can be found here.

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to answer questions on our 2019 practice survey. With over 500 responses, we have a lot to consider regarding any changes that need to be made over the coming years, and what we know not to change! We’ve collated the results in a visual format for you to view here.
See a GP by video with LIVI.
This practice now offers a video GP service – LIVI – to all our patients. To access the service, simply download LIVI from the App store (iphone) or Google Play (Android), and sign up. You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video, with appointments available on the same day, even at weekends.
Note: You will need to have appropriate record sharing consents in place before seeing a LIVI GP. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check this for you.
